I bought a can of pumpkin on a whim and wasn’t sure what to make with it until I came across these babies on Post Punk Kitchen’s site. PPK has reliably delicious recipes and these muffins did not disappoint. I still have half a can of pumpkin left. What to make with it? Hm?
