Super simple tofu. Roy and I have this 2 – 10 a week. =)
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 Tbs Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Slice up the tofu into 1/16ths, then into triangles.
- Heat up 2 Tbs of oil in a pan on the stove.
- Fry up four pieces of tofu at a time. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt. Flip when the tofu is golden brown.
- Eat with some soy sauce and maybe some brown rice.
